If Histwar is what it is today, it is also thanks to you beta tests, fond of History and alive encyclopedias,supports of our dear developer JMM.
Therefore, the Community of Histwar welcomes all the people deserving the Medal of Honor of Histwar.

The awarding Committee of Histwar of the Medal of Honor was created in the year of grace 2001, on December 2nd.
The goal of the Committee is to recognize the more courageous, according to specific criterias, to appoint them officers and to make them advance among the Community of Histwar.

Code of the medal of honor of HistWar

Article 1 : The Order is created on this day, December 2nd 2001.

Article 2 : Its lenght is unlimited.

Article 3 : It integrates all the people who had had a recognized action in the deployment and the defense of Histwar.

Article 3a : Any people who has actively been involved in the elaboration of the project can pretend to be admitted among the Community of Histwar.

Article 3b : Any companion can introduce a deserving candidate. Thus any person involved in the building of Histwar will be recognized by the Community of Histwar.

Article 3c : Any Beta Test automatically reaches the rank of Officer of the Order as soon as he has presented his 11th report.

Article 4 : Any people who belongs to the Order becomes a Companion.

Article 5 : The Committee is composed of the Grands Maitres de l’Ordre, the Chevaliers de l’Ordre and just for once of the Officiers de l’Ordre.

Article 6 : The admission and the promotion among the Community of Histwar are delivered by the Committee which is presided over by a Grand Maitre de l’Ordre.

Article 7 : The Committee meets twice a year, on December 2nd and on July 14th.

Article 7a : This Committee can be gathered at any time if the situation requires it on the demand of one of its members.

Article 7b : This Committee is also in charge of dismissing any Companion of the Order who has seriously neglected Histwar.

Article 8 : Each Companion has his saved Title in the Histwar Forums.

Article 9 : From Chevalier, each Companion receives and will receive the out date and actuel work of Histwar but also the work to come.
